By using TrackerWex services and devices, you agree to the following terms.

TrackerWex provides GPS tracking solutions designed for vehicle monitoring, fleet management, and asset tracking.

Users agree to use TrackerWex devices and services only for lawful purposes. Any misuse of tracking technology in violation of privacy laws or local regulations is strictly prohibited.

TrackerWex is not responsible for misuse of devices by customers or third parties.

Service availability may vary depending on network conditions, hardware installation, and geographic coverage.

Pricing & Billing

We invoice monthly at a fixed price based on the number of devices. All invoicing is done in a proper, transparent manner with no hidden or extra fees — all prices are fixed.

Payment is automatically debited from your account each month. If a charge cannot be completed, your account will be automatically suspended until the outstanding amount is paid; once payment is received, service is reactivated without delay.

TrackerWex reserves the right to update or modify services, features, and pricing when necessary.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
